• Taking potential client phone calls
• Setting and confirming appointments
• Running errands and wedding-related tasks
• Daily and timely follow-up of tasks assigned by each consultant
• Maintaining a neat office appearance
• Preparing meeting room prior to client meetings
• Retrieving and sorting daily mail
• Creating spreadsheets in Excel
• Assisting with updating website
• Reaching out to potential partners
• Assisting with expanding of the company
• Assisting with 2 Bridal Shows
• Assisting at Wedding Rehearsals and on Event Day
Requirements & Qualifications
· Must be polite and use manors
· Must be organized
· Need to present his/herself professional and dress appropriate
· Must be prompt in completing tasks given
· Must be flexible with scheduling
· Needs to be a people person in order to speak with clients
· Must have good writing skills in order to email clients and partners
· Needs to have an upbeat personality
